The seat on i-Coach.

One per-user-per-month fee for access to i-Coach AI, the canvases, the closed-loop methodology and the learning management platform. Includes SSO, integrations, security and the full 200+ skills library.

02 · AI compute

How you pay for the thinking.

AI coaching, roleplays, call analysis and agent work all use tokens. You choose how you pay for them — pay-as-you-go for variable usage, or a predictable per-user flat fee with a usage cap for clean forecasting.

03 · Professional services

Humans where they matter most.

Consulting, training, human coaching, content customisation and change support. Bolt on to your subscription, or buy on a pay-as-you-go basis when you need them — scale up for a transformation, down for a steady state.

One seat. The whole system.

A single per-user-per-month fee gives every seller, manager and leader access to the full closed-loop enablement system. No tiered product SKUs, no paywalls between features, no awkward add-on licensing for the bits that matter most.

Headroom is included. You get up to 10% extra users within a subscription year without having to raise a new PO — so a mid-year hire or a second cohort doesn't become a procurement cycle.

Re-use your content. Any contextualisation done for you — scenarios, playbooks, roleplays, skills — is yours to reuse and modify across cohorts, for the duration of your subscription.

Pay for the thinking — your way.

Every AI coaching conversation, roleplay, call analysis and agent task uses compute. Some providers hide this in their seat price (and either throttle you silently or bleed their own margin). We keep it transparent, and give you two ways to pay.

Option 1

Pay-as-you-go.

You pay for the compute your users actually consume. No commitments, no caps, no over-run charges. Usage is reported monthly in clear per-user dashboards, so your L&D and finance teams see exactly where the value is being spent.

Predictable per-user fee.

A flat per-user-per-month compute fee with a generous usage cap (measured in tokens). Spend is forecast-friendly, procurement loves it, and if a user approaches the cap they're notified so there are no surprises. Additional usage can be topped up if needed.

Why this matters

Fragmented AI platforms tend to hide compute inside the seat fee, which means they either restrict what your sellers can actually do, or their own margin erodes as models get used more. Just want training? We still do that too. If you're not ready for the full system and you just need great sales training delivered by expert trainers, we're happy to scope and deliver a standalone engagement. Many of our longest-standing client relationships started that way.
